A lillte known and fairly abused house credited to Tom Mellor and Partners. Project architect unknown at the time of writing. Now with UPVC throughout and a pitched roof. It site next to another badly abused modernist house by Peter Womersley – must be something to do with Bury-Rochdale borderlands.
